Shopping with VILLA VERDE LIVING is easy. We appreciate that people can change their mind and you may need to return an item, so we’d like to keep this as simple and as pleasant as possible.

If for any reason at all you are not happy with your purchase we can offer you an exchange or store credit.

Just simply include the following information within your return:

  • Your Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason For Return

If you returning any items please keep a copy of your return tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for missing postage.

Once we have received and processed your return, your new item will be sent if available, or your store credit will be generated in our system and available for you to use immediately.

Confirmation of your store credit will be sent to you via e-mails once created. If you do not receive your store credit information within 5 business days of your return we suggest checking your junk and spam mail or you can email us at

Please note that parcels that are marked ‘Return to Sender (RTS)’ cannot be accepted by us. Parcels sent back to us marked RTS incur a $25.00 fee that we unfortunately have to pass onto the customer to cover these costs.

Returns – Terms and Conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason we’ll gladly accept a return of any full-priced item for a store credit subject to the following Terms & Conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.
  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their original tags and labels attached.
  • Must not have any dirty marks, make-up, tan marks or appear to have been worn in any way.
  • Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder.
  • We also do not accept returns of any sale items. Any sale or discounted item marked down and listed on the sale section of our website cannot be returned unless faulty, not for change of mind.
  • Once we receive and process your return, we will issue you with a store credit.
  • Store credits are valid for 3 years from date of issue.
  • Any item returned to us that does not meet the above return policy will be sent back at your own cost.
  • Please Note – Villa Verde Living does not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or damage to the garment made by the customer.

Faulty Items

Everything is thoroughly checked before dispatch to you, so in the unlikely event a faulty item is dispatched please contact our customer service via e-mail immediately on receipt of the item.

If the item is confirmed as faulty we will happily refund your postage or add the cost of the postage to your store credit. Please be sure to include the postage receipt with your return.

If you love the item and wish to have it replaced with the same item we can send it to you if available, or as outlined above you can request a replacement or refund for the product.
