Postage Timeframes & Handling
The above timeframes are to be used as a guide only and Villa Verde Living will cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by the postal services, customs clearance, or situations caused by third parties we cannot control. If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to accept the parcel, in most cases it should be held at your local postal facility for a limited period of time. If for any reason you cannot be reached or your parcel is unable to be delivered to your nominated address, it may be returned to us and if so we’ll contact you to arrange alternate delivery that will incur additional postage costs.
Damaged or Missing Goods
We take great care to ensure that products are packed safely so they arrive at your delivery address in perfect condition. Any items missing or damaged during delivery will need to be reported and claimed directly with the courier service responsible for the delivery at your end. Should you have any concerns or need any assistance please contact us.

Please be sure you provide us the correct delivery details at time of ordering or when creating your account. Any item returned to us that need to be resent due to incorrect information provided will incur additional postage charges.

Duties & taxes may be payable when your order arrives into your country. For peace of mind we suggest you first confirm customs duties and import taxes payable (if any) with your local customs office in your (or the recipients) home country prior to placing your order.
